About Caitlin​

Caitlin Margolien is a graduate of High Point University, 2012, with a BA in Technical Theatre. During her four years at HPU she focused her attention on costume construction and design, all while taking enriching courses in scenic design, theatre history, and AutoCAD to round out her technical knowledge.

She has been a teacher's assistant to the costume crafts class, aiding Ami Shupe in teaching the students basic sewing skills, pattern comprehension, and building technique.

​

Caitlin has been making her own clothing and costumes since the age of seven, and has been participating in a hobby known as "cosplay" since fourteen.

​

Caitlin has been the costume shop supervisor twice as well as head of wardrobe on several occasions. In her final year of college she designed costumes for Sir Toby Belch of "Twelfth Night" and all of Padua for "Kiss Me, Kate!"
